Authorised representative services

Our authorised representative services are designed for entities regulated under SIBA in the British Virgin Islands. We provide services through Craigmuir Authorised Representative Limited (CARL), which offers the added benefit of providing ongoing reminders and follow-ups for annual filings in addition to our other statutory duties.

Our team relieves clients of ongoing administrative tasks such as acting as their main intermediary with the Commission, accepting documents on their behalf, and maintaining records. In addition to these services, our clients can take advantage of regulatory advice from the Harneys legal team, with whom we work in close partnership.
