Biography

Kerry Graziola is a director in our fiduciary and custodial team and serves on the boards of many British Virgin Islands companies, including regulated entities. She also heads our voluntary liquidations team and acts as our in house liquidator for both simple and complex solvent voluntary liquidations. Kerry is an integral part of our Economic Substance solutions team providing practical compliance solutions to clients. Prior to joining Harneys in 2017, Kerry worked as a BVI licensed insolvency practitioner for a big four accounting firm in the British Virgin Islands, and has been working in financial services in the British Virgin Isl ...

Kerry Graziola is a director in our fiduciary and custodial team and serves on the boards of many British Virgin Islands companies, including regulated entities. Prior to joining Harneys in 2017, Kerry worked as a BVI licensed insolvency practitioner for a big four accounting firm in the British Virgin Islands, and has been working in financial services in the British Virgin Islands for over 14 years.

Kerry is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the BVI Women’s Offshore Network.
